Avoid being hit by Ziggs’s Bouncing Bomb (Q) along with minions. Hit him with Charm [E] easily as he has a weak movement skill. Be careful of going in for the kill when Spirit Rush [R] is on cooldown as Satchel Charge (W) can knock you back. Try to go in for the kill when you have either Spirit Rush [R] or Flash off cooldown.
